How does EFT work/EFT HealthQuest

What follows is a selection of testimonials and acknowledgements that I have received from clients and associates I have worked with as a Coach and/or as an EFT Practioner.There is even a word from my daughters.

These statements are placed here not to 'sell' or convince, rather, to give you an overview of some of the areas that I have successfully worked on, with various people. Perhaps you can relate to some of these issues and by reading the testimonials begin to see the simplicity and effectiviness of EFT.

I found EFT on the Internet and began trying it out, with limited success. At the time I was endeavouring to start a home based business while working full time. I just could not seem to get things moving with my business. I was aware that there was a blockage, but could not identify what it was. It was really frustrating to have goals and not be able to achieve them.

Over the years I have done quite a bit of personal development work, and I also have a diploma in counselling and family therapy, but none of that information seemed to be helping me to move forward. I knew I needed some outside assistance, and upon searching for an EFT practitioner in Perth found Tony.

Oh happy day! Tony is a very special person. His wisdom, insight, understanding and compassion assisted me to identify and dissolve some issues that I thought I had “dealt with” via counselling many years ago. With the blockages removed, it was like the central piece of my life’s jigsaw fell into place, I could finally see the big picture and the universe began to deliver the desires of my heart.

Opportunities came my way, and with my new-found inner freedom I was able to accept them. My life has changed so much. I am forever grateful to Tony, as without him I would not be where I am today, enjoying a lifestyle built around the law of attraction, abundance and prosperity. His support and encouragement has extended way beyond what one might reasonably expect from a counsellor, and springs from his deep level of love and caring, making extraction of the inner thorn mercifully quick and relatively painless.

If you are considering EFT my advice would be to open yourself up to the concept – don’t judge it intellectually, just experience it and let it do its work. If you are looking for a competent practitioner, then you have found it in Tony. But much more than that you have found a uniquely genuine person whose warmth and love is given freely and, if accepted, becomes a precious gift that you carry with you for the rest of your life.

A year ago, I found myself being really challenged by life. I was at a major crossroad and didn’t know which way to turn. I felt stuck! Trapped and confined by my circumstances, my focus on lack and an ever increasing negative environment (that I was attracting). I was spiralling in a state of confusion, frustration and anger. At the time it felt like I was on a never-ending emotional roller coaster driven by emotions I felt I could not control.

That was until Tony introduced me to the practice of EFT and the healing process began. Since using EFT I have achieved clarity and restored balance in my emotional, physical, mental and spiritual levels. I have learnt that I do have control over my emotions and through the practice of EFT I can now identify and deal with emotional issues when they arise. I have been able to tap away limiting beliefs and negative emotions that no longer serve me. It’s such an empowering process!

EFT has given me the strength and confidence to manifest a new career, a new home and a mature relationship that is filled with love and substance.

It is something that you really have to experience to understand. I found EFT positive and profound. I highly recommend that you take the journey. Trust in the process and yourself and you will experience what it actually feels like to be free and in your power.

"After years of negative thoughts and failing in trying to get over my issues on my own, I decided to give EFT a go. Firstly I would like to thank you for your EFT sessions which have helped me immensely. Secondly I would like to share with other people who are going through the same emotional roller coaster as I was.

I am 39 years of age and have lost both parents. Grieving is one of the most difficult emotions to go through. At the time you feel nothing will ever be the same again. Using EFT helps you deal and accept the pain, guilt and anger. Without your sessions and vast understanding of the treatment you provided for me I would still be in limbo. I feel now for the fist time in a long time I can start moving on and living my life in a way I have not for a very long time.

I am a young woman in my early twenties and have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks since I was six years old. I have also suffered allergies and food intolerances due to stress.

I had tried everything from going to GP’s; who would only recommend sedatives and anti depressants to going to naturopaths who suggested pilates, yoga and rescue remedy. Despite all my efforts and attempts to get better, I had come to no positive conclusion.

Just when I was about to give up hope I heard about EFT through a family friend of mine. Initially I thought that it wouldn’t work and it was just another one of those advertising gimmicks. I took a step back for a moment and thought to myself that I should not knock something before I try it! So I got in contact with Tony Boscarello who practices EFT, listened to what he had to say and began my healing journey.

I was amazed as to how much better I felt after one session with him! I then had to practice maintenance on myself to ensure that my anxiety and panic attacks would be kept under control.After successful guidance and assistance from Tony, I am now a more calm and collected person, who can almost eat anything I want to and I have him to thank!! Looking back to 6 months ago when I was stressed and had “panic” taking over my life, I now feel like a completely different person.

Thank you for the EFT session I had with you eight months ago. I had issues about not being able to forgive my partner for betraying my trust. It wasn’t “cheating” but a whole range of promises that were not kept while we were apart for a year. When we were reunited we tried to pick up where we left off but couldn’t because I couldn’t forgive. This deeply affected our relationship and my day to day life. I knew I loved her but I just couldn’t seem to push past this.

I came to see you Tony because I didn’t want to hurt anymore and I didn’t want to hang on to these things that were from so long ago.

You made me feel completely comfortable, you guided me though what seemed a little strange at first and by the end of the process I felt crystal clear. The session didn’t take long and I left thinking ‘that couldn’t have possibly worked, it was too quick and too painless’.

boy where do I start! I’ve just been thinking about the last few months and how I wanted to share with you the joy that you have brought me and my family!

My greatest joy has just been magnified one hundred fold with the relationship I have with my gorgeous two and a half year old daughter. I never understood or imagined my projections would effect my reality so significantly and that we could change them so quickly and effortlessly with your guidance and your intimate knowledge of E F T.

My relationship with my wife has been propelled to a different level within a few sessions and I have to say that all this change has been gentle and pain free with your E F T tapping technique.Last but most certainly not least… my health.

My type 1 diabetes has gone from very poorly controlled to my diabetic specialist calling it a blood sugar level of a non diabetic!!

Tony in short, thank you for everything. By changing my perceptions and tapping, my external reality has changed, people respond differently to me and I am now healthy and vibrant and excited by life so much so I can live life to the fullest with my wife and child..

Because Tony possesses such a unique and powerful skill to identify the truth in conversation, he is extremely effective with EFT. He mixes the perfect balance of humor and compassion to enable you to feel completely comfortable both with him and the therapy.

I recently had a wonderful and positive EFT session with him and felt completely adjusted and ‘light’ afterwards. This is something that I never felt with years of therapy!

I was experiencing some difficulty with deciding to leave a workplace and starting a new business. I was experiencing fear of failure issues with the idea of being responsible to create a new business; abandonment issues with previous work colleagues and generalized sadness surrounding ‘decisions’ that I made in my ‘old life’.

After just one hour of talk therapy and ‘tapping ‘, Tony was able to simply and completely adjust my thinking on these issues to the extent that other things I was doing that didn’t serve me were also adjusted. The process itself was very straightforward, non invasive and easy to do especially with Tony because of his unique way of creating an environment of comfort and trust.

Some time ago Tony introduced me to EFT, and I must admit at first I was skeptical that it would work, but his patience and belief that I could benefit from it were too hard to ignore. I tried EFT for an ailment I was suffering from at the time; you can imagine my surprise when it worked! I was so astounded that I immediately wanted to know more, and of course Tony was only too willing to teach and coach me on its practice.

I have known Tony for 7 years. At first he was my superior in work and after a short time became my mentor. In mentoring me, Tony helped me recognize my own personal power.

Tony Boscarello was the National Marketing Manager for an organization whilst I was a state manager based in Canberra for a period of 15 years.

I first met Tony Boscarello when he interviewed me for a position in his department over 3 ½ years ago, needless to say I got the job. My first impressions of Tony were of how much energy and presence he has, and how totally unconventional he is, I wasn’t too sure if this was a good or bad thing at the time, but I came to learn what a wonderful and enlightening experience it was to work with him. And although Tony has since retired from his role in the corporate arena, I am honoured and proud to say that we are still in contact and consider him a dear friend and mentor.

So, when Tony told me that he had undergone an accredited course in EFT and was intending to share his knowledge and help people with this therapy I was absolutely thrilled, both for him and the people that I know will find this a profound and beneficial experience.

To my father and counselor – the person who makes a difference to my life

You have had a truly profound, positive impact on my life from the time that I can remember and I want you to know how much it gladdens me that you are spreading your wisdom in the capacity of an EFT practitioner. I can honestly say that I have always felt so blessed to have you in my life and want to let it be known to anyone who is considering consulting with you just how truly amazing and inspiring you are, both as a father and as an EFT practitioner.

As a father, you have continually brought to my life happiness, light, and often a will to make the world a better place. As an EFT practitioner, in times of my deepest despair, you touch my heart where no one else can reach and cleanse away much anger and sorrow I have held inside me at different times in my life. Like an angel, you are there whenever I need you. I cannot tell you the number of times that I have felt completely alone... or full of intentions of nurturing a negative head space that will take me into a downward spiral. But somehow you always manage to make a difference: a voice in my head; lessons taught by you coming back to me; memories of consultations held with you; or your soothing presence, listening ears and open heart... there is always some manifestation of you or our sessions to bring me back to my senses.

When there is darkness in my life, particularly in my relationship since being older, there you are to light a path to somewhere better...to help me get out of my head and into my heart. In all of my life, you have been the one constant.

A father some times, a counselor, professional advisor and friend during others... there are so many hats that you've worn to improve the quality of my life. In addition to your effect on my personal life, you've had a profound effect on my professional life and have given me the tools needed to believe in myself and my ability to be a great mother.

Each of your ‘hats’ brings something to my life that helps me to feel more whole, alive and clear. I guess your true wonder lies in the fact that you can be completely objective and detached when you are counseling me. There has never been a time when our relationship has stopped me from being completely comfortable to talk to you honestly and openly.

I cannot imagine my life without you in it Dad. Thank you for everything you have brought and continue to bring to my journey, particularly my relationships. There is no me without you and you are the one who has made me who I am today.

Memories flood my mind and my heart of all the precious moments we have shared as tears have spilled down my face, or the shadow of despair has threatened to overwhelm me... you have always been there.

A gentle smile, a vessel of the purest love and a guide shining light from his heart. Your words of wisdom coupled with your comfort of holding a safe space in profound silence have been so healing. Thank you Father.

Your ability to stand back both as father and mentor, and now as our EFT practioner continues to amaze me. Your skill as a practioner and counsellor trigger such deep healing and positive change. I have witnessed this and felt this with health challenges, relationship issues and most profoundly in the difficulties I have had follow all of my life - specifically issues around self love. Always ready to love and give freely to others I am finally giving to myself and loving myself. A journey for which I am most grateful to be embarking on with you by my side.
